About this piece
The Regent, in detail
The Regent is the quiet belt. Plain black, a clean solid buckle, no stitching on show. It is the one for a suit, for office trousers and for a black shalwar kameez, and it is the belt to buy when you want something that disappears into an outfit and lasts ten years doing it.
How it is made
Cut in one piece from 100% full grain cow leather with a crazy horse finish, 3.5 mm thick, along the spine of the hide where the fibres are tightest. A single thickness of full grain does not stretch at the holes or curl the way a two layer glued belt does. Edges are bevelled, sanded and burnished, then sealed with beeswax so they stay dark and smooth. The buckle sits on a removable screw post and can be swapped for another.
What it does with wear
Black crazy horse leather ages more quietly than brown. It takes on a soft shine where it is handled, the edges wear to a slightly lighter charcoal, and the surface softens. It does not fade to grey the way a coated black belt does, because the colour runs through the hide rather than sitting on top of it.
Size and fit
Sizes 30 to 44 in even numbers. If you wear the Regent with formal trousers that sit higher on the waist, measure with those trousers on. Measure a belt you already wear from the buckle bar to the hole you use, or add two to your trouser size, and buy so the middle hole fits. The method is in how to measure belt size.
Delivery and returns
Rs 299 delivery to any city in Pakistan in 3 to 5 working days, cash on delivery. Unused belts can be returned within 7 days, so a wrong size can be swapped.

How it is made
Crazy horse leather, stitched by hand
Every piece is cut from full hides by local artisans. The waxed surface marks and darkens with use, so no two pieces age the same way.
- 01The material
We buy whole hides and reject about a third. What is left is graded by hand for grain, thickness and stretch.
- 02The cutting
Straps are cut along the spine where the hide is tightest, so a belt holds its shape instead of curling.
- 03The stitching
One row of saddle stitch, two needles, waxed linen thread. It cannot unravel the way a machine seam can.
- 04The finish
Edges bevelled, sanded, burnished four times, sealed with beeswax. Then the buckle goes on and it is checked.
