Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, delivery address, phone number and, if you give it, your email address. Orders are paid in cash on delivery, so we never see or store card details.

What we use it for

• Delivering your order and contacting you about it (confirmation, dispatch and delivery updates).
• Answering messages you send through the contact form, WhatsApp or email.
• Sending the newsletter, only if you join it. You can leave at any time by replying to any email.
• Measuring our advertising. The site uses the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which tell Facebook and Instagram which pages were viewed and when an order was placed; contact details sent this way are hashed first. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings or with a browser ad blocker.

Who sees it

Your delivery details are shared with the courier that carries your parcel and with no one else. We do not sell or rent customer information.
