We offer a 7-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
